At SBA we have full, in-house Cad drawing facilities which enable us to carefully measure and model up all your existing components which are then kept and recorded for future reference.

With our knowledge and expertise we can reverse engineer your product back to OEM specification or modify to suit your new and improved requirements.

The ability to work from company’s engineered drawings, cad drawings, sketches or sample parts enables us to work with you to ensure your business is back up and running promptly.

For the purpose of quality assurance and to meet OEM specifications, if we have any doubt on identifying materials we will send the product out for assay testing. This will eliminate any chance of failure upon the reinstallation of your electrical components. With access to the latest state of the art 5 axis machining centres and NC lathes you are guaranteed of a quality product every time.

Rivets & Profiles

Silver or silver/copper bi-metal rivets are available in a comprehensive range of head and stem configurations, or can be manufactured to customers specifications.

Custom Brazing

As well as being able to supply all your brazing needs, SBA has a well-equipped custom brazing section that is available to all our valued clients. If you experience intermittent overloads in your own production facilities or if you have short run requirements, this service extends to customer supplied parts as well as SBA manufactured parts.

Assembly Service

SBA has the capability to braze bond or rivet bond contacts to customer supplied body assemblies or to those provided by our facility.
